Could You Live Your Dream If All You Do Is Jump Around?
Posted by Successu7 in Personal DevelopmentIn life we have people who are either living there own dream or living some other persons dream. What marks the difference? Were some born with silver spoons in there mouths or were many in the same predicaments that almost every person has to go through? Join me as we take a look at living the dream; your dream.
The world we see today is a world put together by the dreamer. Everything from the car you drive to the house you live in was a dream of some persons. Even the roads, and the airplane, men landing on the Moon, and even Neil Armstrong’s memorable message, all are dreams manifest in reality.
The question really comes, did these people have sheer luck while they were putting those dreams to reality or did they do what most don’t do? Did they take action, when many people would have quit?
No, these people are the ones who take action, but even that does not warrant success. In fact success comes when we focus on an idea, a goal, a vision. And here is what I wanted to write to you about today.
We all have goals. I know that because you would not be here and reading this if you didn’t! You have a dream, and it is my aim to get you there. This can be a difficult task, only a few people achieve the dreams, so it takes dedicated people who are committed to make those dreams turn to reality.
We often however, even when committed to an ideal, find that we can often jump around. Most of the time this jumping around can be from information overload. For example, someone considering starting a business may get stuck in learning all there is to create a perfect business plan.
Months go by and nothing has been achieved. I know because I have been there, and we all have done it. A person says they can’t become a singer because they don’t know enough, they need more information.
I am sure you can look into your past and find some time when you have done just that. Likely you are doing it right now. I say this because many people are looking to start an online business, and often will go through trying to find all the information so they start on the right foot.
We can then come into the next biggest problem and that is with prompt decisions. Whether wrong or right, a decision which is delayed is a bad decision. Yes, we may need the facts, but a person going at 10 miles per hour from the word go, is going to go a further distance than one who tries to wait until they are going at 100 miles per hour.
Often we will jump around from one thing to another. And looking at what people are having problems with, I often find that here is the case. They will jump from one thing to another. This jumping around is like going in circles.
At this point it is important to see your destination. Know where that destination is, and then go. Don’t question or try to find answers, move forward and the answers will come. We can’t know what the facts are, until we read the whole fact book! Go the distance.
