Using Lester Levenson’s Method As It Was Originally Taught…

If you could imagine that in your life there was a problem that you really couldn’t seem to solve - like you were going to die if you moved too much - and you’d understand Lester Levenson’s plight. Lester Levenson had this problem when his Doctors sent him home to die. The only thing is he did not die - he lived for multiple of decades after this prognosis.

People often want to learn Lester Levenson’s “Method” because they want to find a better relationship, perhaps work on improving in a health issue has been plaguing them in some way, or perhaps are struggling with a lack consciousness surrounding money. Whatever issue that a person want to focus on, the Method has been clinically proven now that it can give profound results.

The human tendency is to put a vice-like grip around a problem and try to let the mind chew on it to find an answer. What the Method teaches is that the solution is in letting go and having the solution from a deeper sense of openness, of peace, of knowingness and beingness, not from holding on. In other words, by letting go of the mind, you discover who and what you truly are beyond thoughts, feelings, the ego and the roots of thought and feeling programs.

The trouble with ‘technology’ of employing the mind to solve problems is that the mind never comes up with an answer. The secret is to understand and know that the answer arises from beyond the mind. This is true even of solving a simple maths problem, not just “metaphysical problems” - try it and see!

The Method that Lester Levenson introduced to the world helps everyone who uses it to uncover that part of you that arises beyond the mind - your ‘Self’ (with a capital ‘S’) or your ‘Beingness’.

Your ‘Beingness’ is that which is naturally peaceful, abundant, joyous, all-knowing, omniscient, omnipresent and of course, infinite, immortal, eternal and continuously blissfully Happy and Free.

But an intellectual understanding of what the Method does is of no use. Lester Levenson said ‘you must do it’ and emphasized the importance of taking action and ridding oneself of the limits imposed by holding on to that pernicious companion we all live with ‘ our ego!

So how rid oneself of habits, ego, limiting thoughts and feelings, the beliefs, programs and master programs that run one’s life and how do you become that which you already are?

‘I say it’s simple’ said Lester Levenson - ‘The Sedona Method.’ Lester Levenson encouraged people to ‘try our way’ because it is a way that works - a way to ‘go free’ and to uncover inherent unlimitedness and solve even longstanding issues without effort.

The backbone of the Method is the three releasing questions. The three releasing questions allow the releaser to release conscious and subconscious feelings, thoughts, programs and beliefs and helps the releaser to find out that beneath it all lies a natural joy and peace that is there all the time.

Further to the three questions are specific ways that can be employed to use the Method effectively in life. For example, achieving goals, working on relationships, health, money, dissolving resistance and ridding oneself of the master programs that Lester discovered are at the root of every feeling.
