Accelerate Your Profits Online

Posted by Dougstuart in Internet Marketing

Starting out is sometimes a slow process, so a person needs to focus on their goals and keep them in mind. Start reviewing how difficult times will impact your customers. A good way to do that is to search out alternatives. Start part time and make money in your spare time.

Based on that premise, your choice of an organization is quite pertinent to the success of your business venture, so you want to take some time making your choice. Many of the network marketing home based business opportunities on the Internet have a tendency to provide quite detailed information; all you have to do is sign up on their website so that they know you visited, and they will send you many different forms of communication.

Google Accelerator is a great tool to automate this work. It shows, what AdWords ads are found when your internet business keyword is entered. Google Adsense even provides html code for easy implementation with clear instructions. Google Cash gives plain and simple techniques for new and profitable ideas to make lots of money on the internet. This is the best work that i have seen on writing Google ads.

Entrepreneur magazine is the most credible and popular resource for Business Opportunity Seekers, small businesses and Entrepreneurs. Web 2.0 and interaction are a great thing, but building your business is still key. Before you get distracted by the latest and greatest gadget or software, really ask yourself what is the direct benefit to you and your business.

Choose a business opportunity that you reasonably believe will still offer excellent potential several years from now. It would be tragic to spend a year or more building your business on a fad only to have the fad wither away just as your business is becoming profitable. Choose from a wide variety of article links on business opportunity. Most provide one hundred percent original content with an impressive range of topics from affiliate programs, how to make money, top 10 franchises, work from home and lots more. Choose a business that is being searched for online. Do not make the fatal mistake that many do of thinking you will create traffic that is not there.

Everyone of us have dreams to retire early but very FEW will TAKE ACTION to do it. Most of us are too busy with our jobs to even bother trying or at least that is the most common excuse i hear.Virtually everyone reading this article wants to make a living from the comfort of their own home. However, often it does not turn out as many people expect instant success or profit online and im sorry to tell you it doesn’t exist .To provide but one example of a business model that anyone can try is sell anything on eBay. Open an account, list your product, and wait for the bids to start coming in.

Perhaps that could be used as a stepping stone (prelude) to publishing a book on the best ways on the planet to make money. This entire process could be an online business opportunity larger than life, governed only by your own imagination! Persistence in your actions will bring you one step closer to financial freedom,as your hard work will determine the extent of your success.

PLR Profits - How To Choose Profitable PLR Products

Posted by DChampigny in Viral Marketing

Because of the popularity of Private Label Rights (PLR) products, the market has literally become flooded with them. Many Private Label Rights products are resold as PLR products, which are then sold as PLR products, and so on and so forth. This makes it hard to find and offer premium Private Label Rights products to your customers.

There is a solution to your PLR woes, fortunately! First, look for PLR deals where the number of PLR licenses sold is limited. The more limited the licenses are, the higher the price usually is - but this works in your favor. You will typically be getting a better PLR product, and you won’t have nearly as much competition when it comes to selling your converted product to your customers. Even though the licenses are limited, however, make sure that you change and repackage the original Private Label Rights product to make it your own unique offering before offering it for sale online.

On that note, look for Private Label Rights products that you can easily change to increase the value of your finished product. Using this method, a PLR product has the potential to be very profitable, simply because you will be making drastic changes from the original PLR package, and offering the market something that they don’t already have, and that nobody else is marketing online.

One of the easiest ways is to take PLR articles and compile them into an e-book - just cut and paste each PLR article into a .doc file, each starting on a new page, then create an index and a title page, add your Author’s page and niche-related recommended resources at the end, and turn it into a PDF - voila, a new niche product to sell or give away to build your opt-in list.

Look for what your niche wants. You can poll your customers to find out what they want or need, then go out and find a niche PLR product that closely resembles that. You can then change the PLR product to fully fill your customers’ needs or desires. One simple way to search for products with Private Label Rights in any given niche is to use a search engine and type in niche or type + PLR and see what comes up. You can also join PLR Article membership sites or E-Book membership sites that cater to a varied selection of niches, to allow you wider exposure and a better chance of making money online from your niche marketing.

There are even PLR membership sites that give you complete PLR web sites each month, either to use for Adsense sites or as a base to then add your niche products to - either way they save a lot of time over creating your own sites from scratch!

Those are the best ways to find profitable PLR products. Offer products that are not readily available or easy to find, and also ask your market what they want or need. When you take the time to consider these things, you will find that you have much more success with PLR in ANY niche!

Can Pay Per Click Work For Your Marketing Needs?

Posted by Acbuddy in Internet Marketing

Most websites use at least some pay-per-click to attract traffic to their site. Other sites use nothing but pay-per-click to attract traffic to their site. I, on the other hand, detest it, try to diversify if possible because pay per click is so expensive.

What is pay-per-click (PPC), you ask? Well, go to Google, and then type in a keyword or phrase that you want to search for. Then, at the top of the search results, you will see a section for what is called sponsored links or sponsored results. These sponsored links are paying a certain cost per click to be listed in this special section at the top of the listings. Each one of these websites pays a certain fee to Google each time someone clicks through to their site.

Each website that uses PPC has to place a bid on how much they are willing to spend per click for a certain keyword. The highest bidder is placed in the number one position, the second highest bidder is placed in the number two position, and so forth. Also, each bidder specifies how much they are willing to spend per day. Once their daily budget has been exhausted, the clicks stop until more money is added to the account.

Google is not the only search engine that has a PPC service available. Overture also has a service, as does Miva, and several others. Each service is tied to different search engines. If you go with Google, your website will be listed on Google, AOL Search, and Ask Jeeves. If you sign up for Overture, you will be listed on engines such as Yahoo, MSN, Netscape, and several others. Miva is tied to approximately 6 different search engines.

The costs are expensive, especially if you are bidding on a highly sought after keyword or phrase. Keywords related to auto insurance, or mortgage quotes, can cost anywhere between $1 - $20 per click or even more if you want to be ranked in the top position. If the keyword you want to advertise for is not too popular, the click costs will be much less. Usually, doing pay-per-click will boost your Google PageRank by 1 (PageRank is scored on a scale of 1 to 10), but it certainly has never actually helped me get anywhere near the first page of Google.

It is possible to spend thousands dollars on clicks and make zero sales of the product or service you are selling. Conversion rates are usually 1%-3%, meaning that only 1%-3% of the people who come to your website will actually order what you are selling. So, you need to take that into account when developing your marketing strategy.

The problem with PPC advertising is that most people using a search engine are only looking for information, and are not planning on buying any products or services. So, you can spend tons of money to get clicks, but you will likely only convert 1% - 3% of those clicks into sales, and sometimes you will get absolutely zero sales.

I am not saying that the search engines do not bring business to your site. They absolutely do. That is why it is good to achieve a high ranking on the search engines within the free part of the listings. Even though you will still only convert a small fraction of your visitors into paying customers, at least you are not wasting money on every single click. So, getting to the top of the search engine listings without having to pay for each click is paramount for your online business.

PPC advertising is not necessarily inappropriate for every online business. If you are selling an expensive item ($100 or more), you can turn a profit as long as your per-click costs are somewhat modest. But generally speaking, you will spend more than you will make.

The only time PPC is truly helpful is for businesses that sell a service where a recurring fee is involved. For example, dating websites charge their customers a recurring monthly fee to be a member of their site. So, if you own an online dating service, it makes sense to use PPC and not worry about losing money on attracting new customers, because if they stay members for the second month, you will be able to charge them again, thus making your website profitable. If they stay members for a year or more, then you really come out ahead.

You need to have a lot of cash to burn in order to compete with the bigger businesses who are spending thousands of dollars per month for their clicks. If you are operating a small business, you need to diversify your internet marketing efforts by optimizing your website and increasing your link popularity so you can climb to the top of the search engines without having to pay for every click you receive.

Also, you should consider having an affiliate program so that other websites will promote your business for free as long as you pay them a commission for any referrals they produce. The best way to approach internet marketing is to use several different methods that when put together result in an optimal cost situation for your business and attract a significant amount of targeted traffic to your website.

Basic Guidelines About Article Directories

Posted by Kitfanc in Article Marketing

One of the best, easiest and FREE methods to advertise and/or promote your website is through Article Marketing. This has re-purposed the art of writing. Folks who never thought they would ever write anything serious are finding themselves turning to their keyboards and pounding away at it to create literal works of advertising art. And the place to post them (after posting to your own site first, of course) is the good, old Article Directory.

To Market, To Market
Have you ever tried writing articles for directory sites?

Creating articles is a rewarding way to let people know about you, and by piquing their interest with information they are looking for, you give them the opportunity to click over to your site. But that information has to be good. It must be informative and educational.

By hooking them on what you write for them, they will be inclined to take interest and click the link that you will provide in your author’s resource box. That link will lead your potential clients to your web site. Then (and only then) is the time you have to aim for the sale.

Basic Directory Guide
This has become such a lucrative method for website promotion that article directories have sprung up like weeds. Each one has certain guidelines, some basic and some particular to the specific type of directory. But here are some of the basic guidelines that can help you prepare and start on your articles.

1. DO NOT SPAM
As you may or may not know, I am the owner of an article directory, and spam is a huge problem in this industry. I’ve seen more articles that were nothing but attempts to sell products (usually male enhancement drugs) right from the article! No information, no edifying content, just spam. They are deleted without a second thought, so don’t waste your time. Or mine, please.

2. Write Quality Content
Why is it important to write good content? You need to get the reader’s attention. And the only way to do that is by giving them what they want, what they are already looking for. You must give them useful information that they would definitely like to know. Posting good content to article directories serves a two-fold purpose. You educate your readers and you gain status as an expert, and both, just that easily.

3. Word count
Most article directories have limitations set for every aspect of your article–the summary, the body and the author’s resource box. The body section (the main content area) of your article should be somewhere between 300 and 700 words. The summary and resource box will be much less. I can’t stress strongly enough that you need to pay close attention to these limits. It is not the directory’s editorial staff’s job to fix your mistakes, and if your missive runs too long, you risk either having the article rejected or you risk looking like a non-professional, should the editors decided to go ahead and allow your mistakes. Usually they don’t, but you never know. Don’t waste your time. Or theirs, please.

4. Links
With RARE exception, the ONLY place you can place links in your article is in the author’s resource box, generally at the bottom of the article. You will be summarily rejected on those directory sites that expressly forbid links anywhere else. Don’t waste your time.

5. Relevancy
Choose the right article directories to which you will submit your work. Some directories are topic-specific, so don’t post an article about air conditioning to a poetry directory. You’ll be rejected. What am I going to say next? Don’t waste–what? That’s right.

6. READ THE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Your time is valuable. The more time you spend writing work that will be rejected, the more money you will waste. That’s just wrong! Do yourself a favour and READ each directory’s submission guidelines. Follow the guidelines and you’ll be happier because your efforts will be rewarded. Trust me on this!

What Is Search Marketing?

Posted by Tkdterry in Internet Marketing

If you run a business that operates on the Web you’ve probably heard that you need to do some search marketing but you might not know what search engine marketing is. Search marketing is the process of getting listed higher on search engine result pages so that your website is more visible to potential customers.

Studies have shown that people are most likely to click on the top three or five sites listed on search engine result pages and probably will never look at the other pages that are listed. So you need to get your site listed on those pages in order to increase web site traffic that you need to really be successful. You can use search engine marketing to get your website listed higher on search engine result pages and get more customers.

Traditionally there are three different ways that you can use search marketing to get a better place on the search engine result pages. You can use SEO content or search engine optimization to make your site show up higher on the search engine result page or you can use ad placement or ad inclusion in search marketing. Paid placement ads are also known as pay-per-click ads and paid inclusion ads work in a similar fashion although they are different than paid placement ads. Most businesses choose to use the search engine optimization method.

In order to get great results when using search engine optimization to increase your search result page status you need to make sure that the SEO content you put up on the website is original and uses the keywords or key phrases that are related to your business the right number of times. If you use the keywords too much then the search engines will think you are stacking your webpage with copied content and your site will be dropped to the bottom of the list. If the keywords or key phrases are used too little then your page will end up not being on the first page of search engine result pages and if your business isn’t listed on the first page you might as well give up because chances are very high that no one will see you website.

Search engine marketing might seem sort of difficult to figure out at first but it’s just a necessary part of doing business on the Web. It would be nice if your next YouTube video went viral and millions of people found your website but unfortunately you can’t count on that.

But if you learn more about search marketing and use a lot of search marketing to drive customers to your website you’ll see you a large increase in the amount of traffic that your website gets. And since the main thing that you need to be successful on the Web is to increase web site traffic, if you can successfully use search marketing you will start to see great results for your business in no time. Search Engine Marketing is really the best way to get noticed on the Web.

Search Engine Marketing - Meta Tags

Posted by Tkdterry in Internet Marketing

If you start to panic when you see “HTML” and think that using HTML Meta tags is something that will be too difficult for you, relax. Using these tags is a big part of search engine marketing and is very important when it comes to using search engine optimization to help your website get more traffic. These tags are words, usually the same keywords or key phrases that you are using throughout your website in an effort to use search engine marketing and search engine optimization to increase the number of people who find your website.

The difference between Meta tags and the keywords and key phrases scattered throughout the rest of your website is that the these tags are tucked into the HTML coding of your site. No one that visits your site will see these keywords or key phrases. The tags are put into the HTML code of the website so that the spiders or bots that the search engines send out will find your website. The spiders that the search engines use to index and rank web pages will find those tags by following a long series of other words and phrases on other websites. Using Meta tags is important to search engine marketing and search engine optimization. Some search engines will assign a rank to a website based on how many times the keywords or key phrases appear and also where the keywords and key phrases appear on a website. So it’s important to put them at the top of your website so that search engine bots will rank your site higher than other sites.

Even if you are not experienced at creating HTML code or working with HTML code you can put Meta tags for search engine marketing and search engine optimization purposes on your website by yourself. Instead of looking at the normal view of your website you need to look at the source code. Once you are in the source code you can enter in the HTML Meta keywords and key phrases that you want to use. If you are using a website design software the software will usually prompt you to enter some tags and then you can just input the same keywords or key phrases that you have used on the rest of the site.

Search engine marketing and search engine optimization are really the best way to drive traffic to your website so even if you don’t know that much about HTML or don’t feel comfortable with HTML it’s important that you learn how to use these tags because having the keywords and key phrases that are featured on your site as Meta tags can bring in a lot of traffic for your website.

The best ways to make your website so popular with consumers that it starts to make a lot of money for you is to use tried and true methods like proper placement of HTML Meta tags, search engine optimization on the website and search engine marketing tools to increase your rank on search engine results pages.

Before you start an SEO Marketing campaign, go to Terry Stanfield’s site for information on Search Engine Marketing Services and more on ppc management.
